Complimentary Shuttle Service
We will proudly pick up or return customers from our rental location within a five (5) mile radius. Advance notice is recommended.
Complimentary LAX Airport pick-up Service
Olympic Rent-A-Car of Beverly Hills provides complimentary shuttle services from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Please make arrangements for complimentary shuttle services when placing your reservations. Advance notice is recommended.
VIP Delivery Services
We proudly deliver any of our rental vehicles to our clients home, business, hotel or Airport for a nominal fee. Prior reservations are required and rental information such as drivers license, credit card and insurance carrier is required prior to and after delivery is completed.
One Way Rentals
Pick up your rental vehicle in Los Angeles and leave it in San Diego, Santa Barbara, San Francisco or Las Vegas and we will pick it up for you. Los Angeles to San Diego or Santa Barbara $350. Los Angeles to San Francisco or Las Vegas $500 fee.
Complimentary Parking
We offer our clients free parking and over night parking on our rental lot. You may leave your personal or company vehicle with us on our rental lot while you enjoy your luxury or exotic rental vehicle.
Guaranteed Rates
Olympic Rent-A-Car of Beverly Hills will guarantee the vehicle and rate when a reservation is confirmed, or we will offer an upgrade and honor the reservation rate.
Vehicle Replacement
Olympic Rent-A-Car of Beverly Hills provides replacement vehicles when your vehicle is being serviced or repaired at a Factory Dealership, Body Shop or Repair facility. We can also directly bill all major insurance companies during an accident insurance claim. Please call us for our insurance rate specials and we will be more then happy to deliver the rental vehicle to you.
Rental Policies
Olympic Rent-A-Car of Beverly Hills requires that all renters have a valid driver's license and major credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards. We do not accept debit cards, check cards, checks or cash deposits.
United States residents must have proof of insurance coverage consisting of Liability, Comprehensive and Collision coverage that will transfer to our rental vehicle. You may check with your insurance provider to increase your insurance coverage, add Comprehensive and Collision coverage or change insurance companies to one who provides rental vehicle coverage. Please make sure to provide your insurance company with the specific make and model of our rental vehicle. You may check with your credit card provider and see if they offer rental car protection, rental car insurance or rental car coverage. Please make sure to provide them with the specific make and model of our rental vehicle.
New York and New Jersey residents must have a major credit card. You may check with your credit card provider and see if they offer rental car protection, insurance or coverage. Please make sure to provide them with the specific make and model of our rental vehicle.
Non residents of United States must have a major credit card. You may check with your credit card provider and see if they offer rental car protection, insurance or coverage. Please make sure to provide them with the specific make and model of our rental vehicle.
Rental Period
A full rental day consists of 24 hours plus a one (1) hour grace period from the original rental pick up time. All rental vehicles have a one day rental minimum. We do not offer hourly rentals.
Cancelation Policy
All reservations require a minimum of 48 hour written cancellation notice for a full refund of the security deposit. Reservations with less than a 48 hour written cancellation notice are subject to ONE FULL DAY RENTAL charge plus all applicable taxes.
No Show Policy
Reservations are valid and honored for up to four hours after the requested pick up time. If the vehicle is not picked up within four hours of the requested pick up time your reservation status will be changed to a NO SHOW. We ask that you contact Olympic Rent-A-Car if you need to change the pick up time of your requested vehicle to avoid any additional charges. If you do not arrive by your scheduled pick up time, your reservation will be cancelled.
Security Deposit
Olympic Rent-A-Car secures a security deposit authorization on your credit card prior to your pick up time. The security deposit is a credit card authorization, not an actual charge on your credit card. The security deposits vary based on the rental vehicle you choose to rent and the number of days you plan on renting the vehicle. The security deposit consists of your estimated rental charges and for possible late charges. Once the rental vehicle is returned to our rental office, we refund the security deposit back to your credit card. The minimum rental security deposit to rent one of our luxury rental vehicles is $1,000 dollars and $2,500 for exotic rental vehicles in (addition) to the total rental charges.
Taxes and Fees
Olympic Rent-A-Car only charges the local Los Angeles County Tax rate of 8.75%. We do not charge our clients any Surcharges, Airport Taxes and or Vehicle License Fees (VLF) such as our competitors.
Age Requirements
The minimum age required to rent at Olympic Rent-A-Car is 21 years of age. You must be 25 years of age and older to rent an exotic rental vehicle.
Additional Drivers Policy
At the time of rental an additional driver must be at least 18 years of age, and 21 years of age for exotic rental vehicles, present a valid driver's license and present a honored charge card. An authorized driver for a disabled renter is exempt from the additional driver credit requirement. There is no charge for additional drivers for rentals beginning at this location. However, all additional drivers must have their own credit card, in their name and present them at the time of the rental.
Child Safety Seats
Child Safety Seats are available at this location free of charge. Availability is limited, advance notice is recommended.
Driving and Mileage Restrictions
All luxury rental vehicles are permitted to enter the state of Nevada. Exotic rental vehicles require a written permission from Olympic Rent-A-Car. Luxury and High Performance rental vehicles come with 100 free miles daily, exotic rental vehicles come with 50 free miles daily. Luxury and High Performance rental vehicles are allowed 2,000 free miles monthly. Exotic rental vehicles are allowed 1,000 free miles monthly.
Roadside Assistance
We offer complimentary vehicle manufacturer 24/7 Roadside Assistance including (towing, lockouts, jump-starts, fuel and tire blowouts).
Parking Citations and Violations
Renter is responsible for all parking citations and violations. Olympic Rent-A-Car will add a $50 administrative fee to process all unpaid parking citations and violations on behalf of renter.
Vehicle Returns
Renter is welcomed to return the rental vehicle during and after normal business hours to our rental office. All after hours returns must be parked in our designated parking area and place the keys in our drop box. Renters will assume all responsibilities for any vandalism, theft or damage to the rental vehicle that may occur after hours.
